    Australian Accounting – YEC (Year End Compliance)

    Location: Chennai

    Years of experience:2+ years

    Education: CA qualified Fresher / CA inter with minimum 2-3 years of Australian accounting experience / B.com or Mcom with a minimum of two years of experience in Indian accounting / Taxation/preparation of financial returns.

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Preparation of year-end financials and tax return of Trust, company, partnership and sole trader along with supporting documents and working paper for Australian clients
    • Part of the team to support to meet the client delivery deadlines
    • Ready to follow client holidays
    • Good oral and written communication. Should be in a position to talk to Australian clients
    • Good interpersonal skills and Strong accounting knowledge, export in accounting and Indian Income tax act
    Desired Candidate Profile: Should have a minimum of three years of Audit office working experience (who worked on year-end finalisation and tax return preparation work on a wide variety of clients) Other Details: Shift Timing: 6:30am to 2:30pm and 2:30pm to 10:30pm. Sunday Fixed Off and 30 Saturdays Off in a year
    Funds Services – Unit Registry

    Location: Chennai

    Years of experience:2 – 5 Years

    Education: ANY DEGREE, Good Communication and Excel Skills (NISM, AMFI, ANY QUALITY CERTIFICATIONS will be an added advantage)

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Work-related interaction on a daily basis on mails, Maintain Error Registers, Publish MIS
    • Part of the team to support to meet the client delivery deadlines
    • Deliverables as per SLA, Process Improvisation, Track Productivity levels, Innovative & Proactive, Should have expertise in areas like Subscriptions, Purchase, Redemptions, Switches, Reconciliations (Bank &Unit), Maintenance of Customer Accounts, AML norms etc
    Desired Candidate Profile: 2 – 5 years of experience in Mutual Fund / Registry, Trade Operations or Reporting Other Details: Shift Timing: 4:30am, 6:30am, 1:30pm and 10:30pm (9 hours shift). Saturday and Sunday Fixed Off.
    Mutual Funds - PMS (Portfolio Management Services)

    Location: Chennai

    Years of experience:2 TO 5 years of experience in Mutual Fund / PMS

    Education: B.Com Graduate

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Reconcile bank statements
    • Understand the client requirement, review the source documents, update income transactions and enter the trade details
    • Maintain highest possible accuracy and timesheet
    • Update production counts
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Should be a B.com graduate
    • Basic accounting and Mutual fund Knowledge
    • Process and reconcile transactions
    • Good knowledge of investments & capital markets
    • Proficient in areas like updating Bank transactions, Dividend, Purchase & Sales of stocks, Reconciliation of bank accounts, Maintenance of customer accounts
    Other Details: Shift Timing: 4:30am, 6:30am, 1:30pm and 10:30pm (9 hours shift). Saturday and Sunday Fixed Off.
