Deepa is a technology professional with over 3 decades of experience spanning varied industries, the key ones being Finance, IT/ITES, Retail, Manufacturing and Aviation.
Of these, 12 years were spent in the USA with Ford Motor Co and HSBC Bank, in technical and leadership roles, to create solutions for their various key verticals, used across the globe.
In the last 14 years (7 of which as the CEO) with Sundaram Infotech, have built an enviable international and domestic customer base as well as delivered cutting edge technology solutions for customers across USA, Australia, Middle East and India.
Deepa’s strengths have been in nurturing a strong team and building technology capabilities along with steering the organization towards operational excellence and stability, with clear focus on quality solutions delivery.
Apart from a degree in Mathematics, Deepa is a gold medalist in her Masters in Computer Applications and continue to pursue her passion for varied art forms diligently, alongside her leadership career.

Kumar is an entrepreneur and a leader in the Australian Real Assets investment industry with over 30 years of experience in banking and investment management. He brings extensive management experience through managing large investment management businesses. He also brings a wealth of governance experience, having been a member and chairman of various company boards and investment committees.
Kumar is a strategic thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and facilitates change for the better for the businesses he is involved in, the stakeholders and the broader community. His strengths in business establishment, investment execution, leadership and change management make him a much sought-after mentor and consultant to many organisations.
Kumar is based in Sydney, and his association with Sundaram goes back a long way.
Srinath has been with SBS for close to 12 years now. He began his journey with the SMSF team and, after a year, moved to the PMS team, which was then at its nascent stage of transition. With his core domain expertise in accounting and SMSF, he transitioned complex tasks like reconstruction of customer portfolio and instalment warrants after spending close to 3 months at the client place onsite. Srinath cascaded this knowledge to the team at Chennai, and
this transition marked the beginning of adding these complex tasks to our service offerings in Portfolio Management. Since then, Srinath has successfully facilitated multiple portfolio management transitions. He currently heads the Fund Services arm of Portfolio Management Support at SBS. Leading a team of 75, he handles the end to end service delivery for the client. Srinath is a commerce graduate and a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant. He is a big movie buff and is especially inclined towards the genres of Thriller, suspense & sci-fi genres. A big fan of Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), he felt the latest release – No way home lived up to its hype, and he can’t wait for the sequels!
Philip has been with Sundaram Business Services for 10 years. Previously, he was with Accenture, working in the US mortgage vertical. He joined as an officer in the Australian mortgage vertical and has assisted in transitioning three new functions: aggregator support, broker support and asset finance support.
Philip has been instrumental in driving Business Re-engineering Workshops for clients, to eliminate non-value-added tasks in their businesses. In a short period, he ventured into investment banking and portfolio management services. He currently heads both Portfolio Management Services and Mortgage Supports Services.
Holding an MBA with a specialisation in systems, Philip is our in-house gadget guru and our go-to person for the best suggestions on anything electronic! A passionate sportsperson, he plays football, cricket and badminton. An adventurous traveller, he loves to explore different landscapes through treks.
Senthil has been with Sundaram Business Services for 15 years. A Chartered Accountant, he has extensive exposure in statutory audit, internal audit and tax audit across a range of industries such as banking, mining and manufacturing. He commenced his career in the back-office process of SMSF Audit and has had roles in operations, account management and transition. Senthil currently spearheads the SMSF and CFO verticals at SBS.
Senthil has travelled widely in Australia for client transitions. He is a voracious reader of fiction, both in English and his native language of Tamil. An accomplished batsman, he likes to play cricket as well as badminton.
Balaji has 26 years of experience in teaching, finance & accounting and has been with SBS for seven years now. His prior experience includes eight years with an accounting outsourcing service provider to Australia, two years as a financial analyst and seven years teaching as a professor in a college. A Gold medalist and university ranker, he has a master’s in commerce with 15 years of exclusive experience in Australian accounting and tax laws working experience and three years of NZ accounting and tax experience. He also has experience in SMSF fund administration, bookkeeping & CFO support services with exposure to major accounting, tax & document manager software. With his wealth of knowledge and vast experience in Australian
geography, Balaji is actively involved in client engagements, from transitions to managing ongoing client relationships. He is adept at both onsite and remote transition; to his credit are the transitions of 3 of Australia’s top 25 accounting firms.
Balaji’s calm demeanour is infectious and reassuring to his team and clients alike. He takes immense pride in that all new clients piloted during the covid remote transition model are converted to live clients (BAU), which is a testimony to his knowledge and SBS’ capability to provide bespoke solutions to our clients.

Ravi has been with Sundaram Business Services for 7+ years. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with 37+ years of experience as a systems engineer, including 20 years in the Indian Airforce, where he implemented real-time quality controls and processes in various aircraft, helicopter, and air-ground support systems all over India.
Ravi served as the Quality and Training Head in a Japanese multinational for 10 years, implementing ISO, data security and CMMI quality processes for frontline Japanese clients.
As the Head of Quality at Sundaram, he manages the ISO processes and data security implementation based on ISO 9001, ISO 27001, GDPR and Australian Privacy Principles. Ravi has been instrumental in implementing the Sundaram Centre Of Excellence. He is passionate about designing and driving various in-house tools for operation support, including intranet for QMS and learning management systems.
Ravi holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance Management from Annamalai University, Tamilnadu. He is pursuing a doctorate in Financial Management from Dravidian University, Andhrapradesh. Ravi likes to be the go-to guy, the man willing to contribute to providing improvement solutions for the corporate processes and compliance-related issues. A father of two, he plays badminton and cricket and loves to watch movies related to space and technology.
Prabakaran is a business and IT digital transformation leader. He has over 25 years of experience in building and managing BPOs, large programs in Software Development, global QAQC and the Asia Pacific and Africa regional audit team.
In a previous role as a consultant, he was responsible to help customers set up IT offshore products, solutions and service centers. Additionally, trained CIOs to achieve excellence in corporate compliance and industry best practices.
Prabakaran earlier worked at TVS, Mastek London and Ford Motor Company and provided on-site IT compliance services in 20+ countries in North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific and Africa. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Prabakaran believes in collaborative spirit, dynamic thinking, and rigid dedication to achieve the goal. He is a regular publisher of IT blogs and articles on Linkedin and other customer portals.
Bunty is a strong implementer of the thought “People First” and “Every person is Unique”.
Bunty has 16+ years of professional experience in industries such as IT, ITES and financial services and has been with Sundaram Group for 11+ years. Bunty has expertise in developing, recommending and implementing HR strategies and contributing to corporate priorities by promoting a performance culture.
Passionate about partnering with business teams to understand real time challenging situations and to create and execute talent management and organisational effectiveness solutions that positively impact business performance, His key strengths are simple yet effective communication, business acumen, leadership and relationship management.
Bunty holds a Commerce Degree from Loyola College, Chennai and a Master’s degree in Social Work (Specialising in Human Resources) from University of Madras. He enjoys meeting new people and understanding perspectives.
Anju has been with Sundaram Business Services for 10 years. A marketer, she spent close to 7 years providing circulation support at The Hindu newspaper in Chennai. Working closely with educational institutions to promote publications aimed at school and college students, she also contributed significantly to the Newspaper in Education initiative.
A brief stint at IMA India, a market research firm that runs India’s largest peer-group platform, led her to running high-profile CXO events.
Anju plays an active role in the marketing, presales, client relationships and content development team. She has handled several turnkey projects within Sundaram Business Services, including sales and marketing efforts in Australia and the UK. She now drives the digital marketing initiatives at SBS.
Anju holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialisation in marketing from XIME, Bangalore. She is an eternal learner: from books, people and experiences. A mother of two, she loves to take the road less travelled. She is a passionate tennis enthusiast and hopes to one day be able to say she has watched all four grand slams in their grand arenas
Suresh has been with Sundaram Business Services for close to 4 years. Suresh is strong finance and accounting professional with 16+ years of domain experience. He has worked in the BPO sector in various capacities and was Head of Operations before moving on to his current role.
A Chartered Accountant, Suresh also holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Madras.
A sports buff, he loves to unwind through music and movies.
PG has been with Sundaram Business Services for close to 5 years. He has 20+ years of BPO experience, in Ford’s back office, Accenture and Capgemini and incisive expertise in improving and executing processes and accomplishing corporate goals and profitability in areas such as R2A, P2P, O2C and procurement in the BPO industry.
PG has transitioned operations from many countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, the UK, Netherlands, Sweden and the US, covering sectors spread across the oil exploration, automotive, service, logistics and telecommunications industries.
A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified and NLP Practitioner, PG holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance, as well as a Diploma in Sales and Marketing from RP University Mumbai.
PG believes in giving back to society. He is a social worker engaged with Lions Club and other NGO service organisations across a range of community activities.
Educated at Melbourne Grammar School & the Australian National University, Harish has an MBA (Finance) from Monash University and is Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Harish has a background in chartered accounting and investment banking and established the Sundaram Finance Group’s presence in Australia in 2004. He is the Global Head – Business Development of their outsourcing arm, Sundaram Business Services Limited.
Harish has helped many companies interested in doing business with India and has led multiple business delegations to India. He set up the first Australia TGA approved herbal facility in Kerala, whilst pioneering the offshoring of back-office work for accountants in 2000 prior to joining up with Sundaram. Harish is involved in a number of Not for Profit organisations and is Chair of the Australian World Orchestra, Board Member of Guide Dogs Victoria, Board Member of the Australian Friends of ASHA and on the Advisory Council of the World Mosquito Program (Monash University).
