What is the importance of achieving performance objectives for ACCA trainees?
Performance objectives are benchmarks for effective performance that trainees need to achieve. They ensure that the knowledge developed through exams will have clear application in the workplace. Trainees are required to complete nine performance objectives, five of which are essential and four of which are technical. We have completed five essential and seven technical objectives.
