To help you navigate towards what is best for your company SBS engages in Business Process study of your processes and recommends the way forward through its three engagement models:

Business Process Study (BPS)

Why

We believe that anything that can be measured can be managed. To stay at the forefront, organizations need to understand the problem in order to identify the right solutions that translate into early benefits and that are aligned to the end goal. The SBS Business Process study precedes all our engagements and is a crucial step in that direction.

What

The SBS BPS, the first step in the engagement, is a best practice diagnostic that encompasses structured methods for identifying and modifying existing processes by aligning operations to core competencies. It benchmarks current processes against best practices, identifies the non-core and non-value added activities and transforms to a future state streamlined process.

How

By understanding concerns around high variation in the performance, repeatability and scalability of business processes, SBS segregates the activities under each processes into specialized tasks:

  1. processes that require judgment (J) skillsets which rest with the client
  2. the knowledge (K) based tasks with complex sub-processes and
  3. repeatable rule (R) based tasks would either have scope for automation or outsourcing solutions or a combination of both as the case may be

Value-Add

BPS enables businesses to make decisions based on the current state of processes and helps them opt for the right engagement model.
